Question: How does the app handle shipping when customers order both in-stock and out-of-stock products? Should both be shipped together even if it means that the customer will be waiting until the out-of-stock item becomes available?

Answer: The app does not influence shipping and has no way of setting anything that involves shipping. As the store owner, you are totally in control of handling the shipping of your products to the customers. For orders that are a combination of in-stock and out-of-stock items, you can split the shipment into two and ship the in-stock items first or ship them together when the stocks are completed.
