Why does the Buy Now button appears together with the Pre-Order button?

Question: I installed the app and followed the guides in setting it up but when I tested it, the Buy Now button and the Pre-Order button appeared together on the product page. What is causing this?

Answer: if you encounter this issue, it is likely caused by an incompatibility with the app and your theme. You can try using a different theme since there are some themes that would not really work with our app.
